BOOKING INFORMATION
1. Decide on a trip and date.
Call us to confirm availability at 800.507.9889 or 541.896.3017 or email ken@helfrichoutfitter.com. Complete the trip reservation form including all members of your party, attach a seperate sheet if necessary.

2. Send your deposit.
 A 50% deposit per person is required when making a reservation. If you are booking more than one year in advance of your trip date, a $100 deposit will reserve your spot. Make checks payable to Helfrich River Outfitters.

3. We send you a pre-trip packet
This packet will include:

• Confimation of your reservation
• Information & details of the trip
• Suggested equipment list
• Liability release form

4. Send your final payment
Final full payment is due 60 days prior to the trip start date. Trips booked within 60 days require full payment to confirm.
