Helfrich River Outfitters will provide you with detailed travel and packing information when you book your trip.

Middle Fork of the Salmon River • Idaho
You will begin your river adventure in the mountain town of Stanley, Idaho where you spend the night prior to your trip. You can drive, fly or come by charter bus. This six day trip ends with a bus ride to Salmon, Idaho.

Rogue River • Oregon
Your trip on the Rogue River begins near the small resort town of Galice, Oregon, about 20 miles west of Grants Pass. You can drive or fly to one of two airports that service the area. The trip ends 40 miles upstream from Gold Beach near the town of Agness.

Lower Main Salmon River • Idaho
You can drive or fly to Lewiston, Idaho where you spend the night prior to your trip. On the morning your trip begins, you will travel by bus to the put-in near White Bird. At the end of your five day trip you will take a bus ride back to Lewiston.
